NHS & NJHS Installation Ceremony at CBCMR

Last night was a very special one for our students and their parents. A new group of students were officially inducted into the National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society—ISLA and San Luis Gonzága chapters.  A record number of students, 126 in all, are in the prestigious society. Students who are members must not only maintain a GP average of 3.50 or higher but must also prove themselves worthy members by contributing to society through a number of community projects.  As an English teacher and principal, I feel very proud to know that those students who submitted their applications were deemed  worthy of membership.  My best wishes to all students, their parents and the school’s society adviser, Teresita Vázquez.  ~~LMMolina
